Religious Literacy and Anti-Racist Education

June 15, 2020 – Dr. W. Y. Alice Chan will help us begin our conversation by sharing her recent experience and lessons learned while discussing racism and religious literacy during an online dialogue based in the Vancouver area. There will be plenty of time for discussion and reflection as a group.

America’s First Freedom Curriculum

May 28, 2020 — Dr. Hall will provide details on the development of a new thematic unit on religious freedom from The Religious Freedom Institute (RFI) to be used in the secondary school setting. He will also describe some of the opportunities and challenges in developing religion related curriculum for public schools.
